Plenty Is Never Enough

It's Girl Scout Cookie season.  Oh dear.  Of course I bought 2 boxes: Thin Mints and Caramel DeLites (aka: Samoas).  We've been eating a few everyday, often with some tea.


Yesterday, Chris came up with the most perfect song for Girl Scout Cookie eating:

Mmmmmmmmmm... nothing beats one of these puppies.  I think I'm going to attempt a homemade recipe inspired by the Caramel DeLite one day.

I have to say, I've become disappointed with my former favorite, the Thin Mint.  I think they taste super fake. What is that faux-chocolate coating really made of?  Tastes like rubber!
